Online psychotherapy for adults across Australia

I provide online psychotherapy for adults across Australia, with a particular focus on the lasting effects of difficult childhood and family relationships, including narcissistic, emotionally immature or highly critical parenting.

I also work with people struggling with childhood and relational trauma, shame and low self-worth, attachment and relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, boundaries, and recurring patterns in relationships.

Sessions are held via Zoom, allowing us to work together wherever you live in Australia. I currently have limited availability for new clients.

I work with adults experiencing

  • The effects of narcissistic parenting

  • Complex trauma and developmental trauma

  • Chronic shame and self-criticism

  • Attachment difficulties

  • Relationship problems

  • People-pleasing and boundary difficulties

  • Low self-esteem

  • Anxiety and emotional overwhelm

How Online Therapy Works

Sessions take place via Zoom and are conducted in much the same way as face-to-face therapy.

All you need is:

  • A computer, tablet or smartphone

  • A reliable internet connection

  • A private space where you can speak comfortably

Before your appointment, you will receive a Zoom link by email. You don’t need a Zoom account to join the session.

Who I Work With

My practice is focused on supporting adults who continue to be affected by difficult early relationships, including narcissistic, emotionally immature, or highly critical parenting.

Many of the people I work with struggle with feelings of guilt, shame, self-doubt, perfectionism, difficulties in relationships, and uncertainty about who they are outside of family expectations.
